Martin Kelly was born and raised in Newcastle and admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1996. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Legal Studies, Bachelor of Commerce; and Workers Compensation Independent Review Office ILARS Accredited Solicitor. Martin has been practicing law for over 27 years and has expertise in a number of areas of l law. In particular, he advises clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, with public liability issues, workplace insurance issues, commercial issues, conveyancing, leasing, estate planning, family provision and general litigation.
